Consulting Engagements
Agentic workflow and data engineering consulting is scoped work, not a subscription. Every engagement starts with a paid discovery phase: we assess your current systems, data sources, and automation goals, then deliver a fixed-price proposal for the build. You know the cost before the work begins.
Discovery Phase
A short, fixed-fee assessment of your pipelines, data architecture, and candidate workflows for agentic automation. Deliverable: a written findings report with a scoped, fixed-price plan for implementation. If you stop here, the report is yours to execute with anyone.
Project Engagements
Architecture design, LangGraph pipeline development, data warehouse builds, and production deployment. Priced by scope: a single-pipeline validation layer is a different engagement than a multi-agent system with scheduled execution and human review gates. Typical projects run from focused four-figure validation work to five-figure production systems.
Advisory
Ongoing architecture review and guidance for teams building agentic systems in-house. Monthly retainer, cancel anytime.
